Details on how to start an ebook website?

I am trying to start an ebook website but am having trouble figuring out how to sell other authors novels. Do I have to become an ePublisher in order to do so and where is a good place to go to find books to sell that aren't get-rich-quick books?

I know you can access tons of free ebooks from all over the internet but I need to know how to get access to sell these authors books. I can't seem to find a straight forward answer anywhere on the net.

Most ebooks will come with either resell or master resell rights, so you can start selling them soon has you have them.

I have a huge collection of ebooks totaling 5GB and ranging from recipes to how to's to guides and many more categories.

With them having resell or master resell rights, I don't think you would need to become an epublisher, has long has you have permission to sell them (i.e if it comes with resell rights) you should be ok to sell them.

If they don't have resell rights, selling them would be a no, unless you get permission from the original publisher or creator.
