I understand that in feng shui - the electronics in your bedroom should be kept to a minimum?

but I have a little space that is in my bedroom and it divides the bedroom area and the bathroom, would it be o.k. to put my computer there?
Thank you Carol B you get what I am asking , the small space has a divider so I guess that would work as long as I turn the computer off when we sleep?

i think you misunderstood fengshui. fengshui is really about how to use the energy, inside and outside of the house (we live in), to use these to make our lives easier or convenient. at the center of fengshui are the techniques or concepts that are used to calculate for the location/ direction of these energies, like, where is the good (or bad energy), and what is the characteristics of this energy. this is fengshui. this is the part that is mostly unknown to most people, as few authors write about them in books or in website. but this is the most powerful techniques and these are what fengshui masters teach in their seminars.

anything not about fengshui concepts/ techniques fall into the category that is fengshui common knowledge, or what most chinese (even those not living in mainland china) know about. no fengshui master teach this kind of fengshui because they are not that powerful. i mean it really does not matter when you have or don't have electronics in your bedroom. when you do have electronics in your bedroom, it does not make you rich, nor it does make you any poorer. thus it has no effect on your life.

but i need to point out that the location of the bathroom and the location of your bed can have a bad effect depending on their locations to one another. sometimes, when they are far apart, the bad effect can manifest into small headaches or frequent minor illnesses, when they are closer, it can be deadly. this has something to do with the fact that toilet collect and facilitate feces, which can harm us, if the bed and the bathroom are not placed correctly.

Feng shui is mainly about the geographical locations of your spaces, according to compass directions. However, the bedroom should always be a place of rest. If possible, avoid making it a combination workplace or entertainment area. That means that it shouldn't have a computer or TV in it. However, if that is the only space you have, try to locate those things so that they aren't facing your bed. A room divider would be good or if, as I understand you, your room is shaped so you have a computer nook. Always turn the computer off when you sleep.
